There’s always something happening in Fawley.

SUNDAY TENNIS

Fawley has a regular tennis circuit on Sunday mornings starting at 9:30am usually until around 11:00am. Tennis pairs are nominated each week from those wanting to play. Games are played on home courts within the village. We welcome players of all abilities.

 

If you wish to play and are not yet registered, contact Philip Maskell giving details of your name, address and telephone number .

FAWLEY VILLAGE CRICKET

Fawley plays an annual Cricket Match against The Stumblebums at Harpsden Cricket Ground in Henley on Thames.

This year's fixture is on Sunday 25th June.  If you want to play, contact Philip Maskell at Church Field

 

The Harpsden cricket pitch is situated opposite Henley Golf Course.

Play starts around 12pm-1pm details to be confirmed.

VILLAGE TIDY-UP

Join in the village tidy-up to keep our village free from litter. We would love to see lots of volunteers to help us in October.  Bring a bin bag or two and some good gloves.  Alison Ashby is liaising efforts again this year. More hands make light work.

FAWLEY CAROL SERVICE

Fawley's Carol Service is on Sunday 15th December at 4pm. Contributions to the evening are welcomed. Older and younger villagers alike please volunteer. Performances generally include music from solo singers and instrumentalists, groups of musicians, readers of favourite texts and congregational singing of rip-roaring carols.

ANNUAL CAROLS ON THE GREEN

Christmas Eve

Come all ye faithful and join us to sing Christmas Carols at Fawley  Village Green on Christmas Eve.


Following a hearty sing you are invited to enjoy some festive bonhomie, mulled wine and nibbles in the village hall.
